This policy describes the information collected through MaynPoint's website and how we use it. It applies to website inquiries and not to separate services delivered under a client agreement.

Information you choose to share

When you request a walkthrough, you may submit your name, email address, company name, and the business challenge you'd like to discuss. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in that email.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss our services, arrange demonstrations, and maintain related business correspondence. We do not use your website inquiry to enroll you automatically in mass-marketing text messages.

Services that process information

We use Netlify for website hosting and submission handling. We also use HighLevel (LeadConnector) external tracking to measure visits and capture information submitted through our contact form into our customer relationship management system. This can include your form answers, the page you visited, referral information, and basic session or browser information. If you use a linked appointment calendar, HighLevel may process that booking. Emails you send to our business address are handled through Google Workspace. These providers process information in connection with the services they provide.

Website technical information

Our hosting and CRM tracking services may process technical information such as device/browser details, IP addresses, page addresses, referral sources, session identifiers, error events, and request timestamps for website operation, attribution, and inquiry handling. We do not currently use a third-party advertising pixel on this website.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry information as needed to handle your request and manage our related business records, subject to legal or operational requirements. We may share information with the service providers needed to deliver the website, email, and booking services; we do not disclose inquiries to unrelated businesses for their own sales pitches.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this website by emailing bryce@maynpoint.com. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Changes

We may update this policy as our site and services develop. A revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
